Go to the website of United Airlines from your web browser on a device of your preference

Navigate to the bottom of the page where you find the contact us tab, and click on it.

Subsequently, a new page opens where you find the customer support option is available.

Once connected, wait for the IVR to give out all the menu options starting from one.

Choose the one which suits your requirements.

Then once connected, you can convey your issue to the representative.

Give him/ her a minute so that they can process the information they have given.

Now the representative should provide a resolution. If satisfied, then you can go ahead and disconnect the call.
