The recent blow in assembly elections in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh is
really seen as the great motivator behind the step. This reservation bill is nothing but an attempt to lure
the upper-class vote bank.
The Supreme Court in his earlier verdict has already said that there is no provision for more than 50%
of reservation. This bill is unconstitutional and would not survive and stand in the apex court.

The reservation bill is a great attempt to level the growing disparity between rich and poor.
Another contrivance to pave the way for 2019 the Lok Sabha elections.
Sudden and unexpected timing of this bill raises many glaring questions about the veracity of the
