Luckily, if you want decent value for money, you have quite a few choices. The main places that we recommend you look, though, include a bed and breakfast in Alnwick called Chatton House (https://www.chattonpark.com/). I have stayed there several times, and it is a good, comfortable place to stay. Staff are friendly, and they tend to be on the ball when it comes to spotting when you need service. Rooms are of a very good standard, too.
In terms of price, Chatton Park isn’t cheap either. You are not going to be here much longer for a room than you would be in most nearby hotels. The quality and consistency of the service here are much better than most hotels I have visited, though!
