    1. Fluid Bed Dryer in Food Industry

As a result, proper design and care must be taken when selecting a drying system for food or food-related products. We have more than 40 years of experience in helping food industries grow by providing world-class drying solutions. As a result of our unwavering dedication to providing the highest quality, most technologically advanced, and most cost-effective solutions possible, we have become the engineering solution provider of choice for a number of major corporations.

Dairy products, milk, whey, creamers, coffee, coffee surrogates, tea, flavors, powdered drinks, processed cereal-based foods, potatoes, starch derivatives, sugar beet pulp, fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices are the most common applications of drying technique in the food industry.

One of the most efficient ways to dry relatively free-flowing particles with a narrow particle size distribution is to use fluid bed dryers.

From heavy mining to food, fine chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, fluid bed dryers can be found all over the place. Particles with a relatively narrow size distribution can be effectively dried using this technique. Non friable agglomerates and non-friable agglomerates are examples of feed forms. It is possible to process liquids in fluid bed systems using host media, but this will not be covered in this article.

    1. Fluid Bed Dryer Granulator.

An array of feed rates can be accommodated by fluid bed dryer granulator, from a few pounds to several hundred tonnes per hour. Fluid bed dryers come in three main varieties. Static fluid beds are the most common, due to the dryer’s inability to move while in use. Static fluid bed dryers come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and can be used continuously or in batches. As with the first type, the body of a vibrating fluid bed drying unit vibrates, aiding the flow of material through it. In the majority of cases, vibrating fluid bed dryers are rectangular. By means of tubes that deflect on a solid pan, this third type of fluid bed dryer fluidizes the material from above. This technology will not be covered in this article. Fluid bed dryers may use a direct, indirect, or a combination heat source to dry the product.

It may be time to switch to a Rapid dryer’s if you’ve been using traditional drying methods like oven or vacuum drying. Why? The drying process goes much more quickly and evenly. To put it another way: drying times vary from a few seconds to several minutes. Your sample should be completely dry in less than 15 minutes.

Compared to traditional drying cabinets, fluid bed dryers are more efficient and gentle on clothes. They can be used to make food products, polymers, soils, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, minerals, and waste.

Fluid bed dryers can produce consistent, repeatable results with the right settings. Use a dehumidifier for materials with moisture content of less than 5% to more than 80%
