Once you’ve been cleared by our staff to schedule your LASIK procedure, the next step is to meet with our refractive director. During this meeting, we will address your financing options and scheduling opportunities. Procedures are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday afternoons.
You will be given simple instructions to follow to prepare for your surgery. These instructions may include:

Stop wearing contact lenses: Contact lenses can temporarily change the shape of your cornea. Your cornea needs to be in its natural state during surgery.
Stop wearing makeup, lotions, creams, and perfume: Our surgeons will let you know when you should stop using personal care products before LASIK in order to maintain a clean surgical environment.
Take the day off: You will need to rest after LASIK, so take the day of your procedure off of work and reschedule any other engagements you may have.
