People buy and sell houses all the time so it’s probably not as difficult as you imagine. Of course, it depends on how desirable your property is and whether it’s priced correctly. If your home needs a lot of maintenance and restorations, then you may struggle to find a buyer unless you bring the price right down. There are also many beautiful mansions that never get sold simply because there aren’t enough people who can afford the asking price. In general, though, homes sell pretty quickly.
