Option 1: Check your internet connection.
Try to open a website in your mobile browser. In the event that a website can load successfully, this shows that your internet is fine.
Turn off your mobile data and Wi-Fi connection.
Temporarily turn off your device’s WiFi and use mobile data instead.
If you are still having trouble, use an internet browser and log in to driver.doordash.com. If you can log in online, this indicates that your account is fine and that there is an app outage.
Option 2: Force close or Clear cache in your app.
Force close apps by double tapping the home button and swiping up on the Dasher app.
If your phone doesn’t have a home button, force swipe up on the screen and swipe up in the Dasher app.
Force close apps by going to Settings, select Storage, and then choose Other apps. Scroll to find the Dasher app and tap on Clear Cache.
Restart your phone
After successfully downloading and installing the app, restart your phone to temporarily clear the cache. After the restart, open Dasher and log into your account. When installing the application, make sure you have granted sufficient permissions for the application. The application requires your location, which must be granted.
