Well, I would say that experience is quite important but it is not the most important. Naturally when you pay for any service the utmost thing you want is quality. And it is possible to get quality cleaning even from newer services.
One area, though, where experience comes into play is reliability. When you hire newer services you’re taking more of a risk regarding what to expect, but older services with a bigger reputation usually offer a large safety net.
Another factor to consider is the kind of office space you plan to hire the service for in the first place. Basic office spaces don’t really require a great deal of expertise and as such experience shouldn’t be a deal breaker in that regard.
In cleaning highly specialized warehouses or medical facilities, for example, where the requirements are more thorough, you might not want to compromise on experience and reputation.
