Cidco has a vision to develop this node better than Khargar Connectivity wise , Train is on the way. And JNPT SEZ, MTHL and Airport are making this location much better in 2–3 yrs.
So When people are looking to invest in Dronagiri, they should think to invest right now.Later Dronagiri will have its own station (bokadvira/) and also Uran station (last station) will be hardly 5 min drive from Dronagiri
it will take 30 min from Seawood by rail. Then rates will be much more as compared to Kharghar because South Mumbai will be hardly take 45 min to reach there.
As compare to Ulwe rates are also cheap 4000–6000psf depending upon amenities and location.
