According to directorate general of foreign trade, India should not be dumping ground for low quality paper generated from western countries. According to CK PAPER MART, some of the papers such as Virgin Kraft, White Top Liner Craft paper are not falling under any dumping duty. Although, other papers have been imposed between 10% to 25% of anti – dumping duty in India.
