What’s a healthier alternative to coffee?

Question

I used to drink three cups of coffee every day. I didn’t believe it was doing me any harm but over the course of many years, it was obvious that I wasn’t getting the quality of sleep that I should be getting. Furthermore, my pulse rate was higher than ever and there was no other explanation than the amount of caffeine I was getting through. I needed to find another healthier way to wake myself up in the morning. That’s when I discovered the power of kombucha caffeine.

Kombucha is a kind of tea made from fermented fruit. It does contain a quantity of caffeine but it’s nowhere near the same as you get in a cup of coffee. The energizing benefits come more from the hydration that kombucha offers as well as benefits to your gut health of eating fermented foods.
